Set up PrintKosh on your main PC first — this is the Master PC that manages everything. During setup choose "Organization" instead of single shop.

PrintKosh gives you an Org Code (format: ORG-XXXX-YYYY). Share it with your staff. They install PrintKosh on their PC, enter the code — that's the entire setup on their end.
