One QR.
Many PCs.
Zero Chaos.

PrintKosh Organizations connect multiple computers under a single QR code. Whether you run a busy print shop with 3 counters, a college computer lab, or a cyber cafe — customers scan once and files reach the right machine automatically. No USB. No WhatsApp. No shouting across the room.

What exactly is an Organization?

1
One QR Code for your whole place

You still get a single QR code — customers scan it the same way they always do. The difference is on the inside: instead of one PC receiving everything, your whole network of computers is now connected behind that one QR.

2
One Master PC, rest are Terminals

Think of the Master PC as the manager — it receives all uploads and decides where each file goes. Terminal PCs are the workstations — they just receive files and let staff print or save them. Simple hierarchy, no complexity.

3
Files go where you tell them

You pick how files are routed — send them to a specific counter (Individual mode) or blast to every connected PC at once (Broadcast mode). Switch between modes anytime, no restart needed. Files never pile up on the wrong machine.

Built for more than print shops

Use Case 01

Print & Xerox Shops

The original home of PrintKosh Organizations. You have two printers — one for colour, one for B&W. Or a front desk and a production room. Instead of shouting "ek copy colour chahiye!" across the shop, the file arrives at the right PC silently, with every instruction already attached.

  • Counter 1 gets B&W jobs, Counter 2 gets colour — automatically
  • All print settings (copies, size, binding) arrive with the file
  • Pickup token tells customer exactly when their job is done
  • No more WhatsApp chaos between your own staff

College Labs & Libraries

Students can send files from their phone to any lab PC — no USB, no email, no logging into lab computers. The lab admin's PC (Master) routes the file to whichever terminal is free.

  • No student login needed on lab PCs
  • Works on any student's phone
  • Files go straight to a free terminal

Cyber Cafes & File Sharing

Not just printing — any PC can run in Share Mode, which hides print settings and shows a clean Open/Save panel. Customers send files to their chosen workstation, sit down, and the file is already there waiting for them.

Office Buildings

One QR code at reception routes print jobs to the floor printer closest to the employee. Broadcast mode means everyone on every floor gets the file at once for announcements.

Campus Print Centres

Large campus with 20+ terminals? Broadcast mode gives every station the file simultaneously — whichever operator finishes first handles the job. Up to 50 terminals per org.

Two routing modes — you choose

Mode 1

Individual

The file is sent to one specific terminal. The customer (or your staff) picks which counter — only that PC receives the upload. Every other terminal is untouched.

Example A customer at a print shop scans the QR, chooses "Counter 2 — Colour Printer", and only that PC gets the file. Counter 1 (B&W) never sees it.
Best for: shops where each counter handles different job types
Mode 2

Broadcast

The file goes to every connected terminal at the same time. Whichever staff member is free picks it up first. No assignment needed.

Example A college sends a notice — the lab admin uploads it via QR, and all 20 lab PCs receive it simultaneously. First available terminal handles it.
Best for: high-volume setups where any terminal can take any job

Setting up takes under 10 minutes

01

Install on Master PC

Download and install PrintKosh on the main PC — the one that will manage everything. Register as an Organization instead of a single shop.

Org Code is generated instantly — format: ORG-XXXX-YYYY
02

Share the Org Code

Give your Org Code to each staff member. They install PrintKosh on their terminal PC and enter the code — that's the entire "IT setup".

No network config · No IP addresses · No sysadmin
03

Terminals go live

Each terminal connects to the Master PC over your local network automatically. You see it appear on the Master dashboard within seconds.

04

Start receiving files

Print your QR code, stick it at the counter. The first customer that scans will have their file land on exactly the right PC. You're live.
